For our employees

Our corporate philosophy is characterised by a sense of togetherness and belonging. That is why it is important for us to work together every day to create a safe, reliable and friendly working environment with a perspective. Promoting young talent and diversity are a matter of course for us.

We treat the personal situation, further training and work-life balance of our employees with respect and flexibility through adaptive working time models. In addition, we support various health-promoting measures, invest in relaxing, natural places to take a break, environmentally friendly travel and occupational therapy workplaces. 

With our partners

Our long-term cooperation with suppliers and agents is also characterised by respect, equality and openness, which are laid down in our Code of Conduct.  As a medium-sized manufacturer with less than 1,000 employees, we do not fall under the legal requirements of the Supply Chain Sourcing Act, but we implement them as a matter of course:

  • Since 2009 we have had a code of conduct
  • Risk analyses by country and supplier are a matter of course
  • Risk management through on-site visits and audits are our daily business
  • Continuous improvement through regular audits 
  • Publication of results via Sedex

In society

As a sustainably growing company, it is a matter of course for FREY&LAU to help improve the living conditions of disadvantaged partners in poorer regions of the world. With this in mind, we support international programmes that reliably contribute to better education, greater health and fair working conditions.
