FREY&LAU is an owner-managed family business. The siblings Mrs. Dr. Maja Zippel and Mr. Claas Nendel characterize an open, innovative and future-oriented corporate culture.

Our general conditions enable you to be committed and motivated to access your services every day. Of course, for us, this also includes market-appropriate and motivating remuneration.

Flexible working hours

As a family company, the compatibility of family and career is particularly important to us. We offer flextime, individual and flexible working time models, home office and part-time options. For us, full-time means: 38.5 hours per week with a short Friday.

Vacation

Balance and relaxation are important for everyone. Therefore, every employee is entitled to 30 days of vacation per year with a 5-day week. So that the Christmas season can be enjoyed to the fullest, we close our operations from Christmas to New Year. If Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve fall on a weekday, we give you these days as an additional vacation day.

“Every beginning is difficult” – but not at FREY&LAU. For a perfect start, we have introduced an onboarding process at FREY&LAU. We make your start as pleasant as possible. You will be accompanied step by step by our employees and sponsors through the early days.
